- We offer pick-up and delivery services, where applicable. Delivery and collection times may be subject to availability and geographic location. You will be informed of any delays as soon as possible.
- We take every reasonable step to handle your laundry with care; however, certain factors beyond our control may result in damage. Our policy on damaged items is as follows:
- Liability for Damaged Items: We are not liable for damage to items that are not suitable for the cleaning method requested or for any pre-existing damage, such as fraying, loose buttons, or fabric wear. We will make every reasonable effort to return your items in the condition they were received, but we cannot guarantee that all items will be returned without damage.
- Item Damage Reporting: If an item is damaged during the cleaning process, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items. We will assess the extent of the damage and, if deemed our responsibility, we will provide compensation up to a maximum of 10 times of order value, not exceeding INR 10000.
- Exemptions: We are not liable for damage to any of the following:
- Items not labeled with care instructions.
- Items with pre-existing damage (e.g., tears, stains, fading, or excessive wear).
- Items made of materials that are not suitable for standard laundry methods, including but not limited to delicate fabrics, certain dyes, or embellishments (e.g., sequins, beads).
- Indemnification: Customers agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from failure to comply with garment care instructions or providing us with incomplete or incorrect information.
- Lost item policy: In a rear event that an item is lost while in our care, we will conduct a thorough search and attempt to locate the item. If the item is not found, we will compensate the customer with up to 10 times of order value.
